Hey everybody, so today is my first day blogging( as you can see). It's very exciting. I mean who doesn't love sitting occasionally at their desk top writing about their lives while sipping freshly brewed coffee? Okay, okay, I'm not really sipping coffee right now. Actually, I'm sitting in my bedroom bundled with a sweatshirt and scarf while typing this-not to mention my fingers are freezing! I really need to invest in a pair of gloves!
Today is the 22nd of October. I'm attending a Zombie Walk tonight. I cannot wait to dress up as zombie and do my make up! Maybe I'll post some pictures up tomorrow. This is my first year attending the walk and I'm not sure what it'll be like. I can't imagine how many people will be there. Also, I can't imagine how my make up will turn out, considering I've never done face make up before. I plan on using liquid latex on my face so I can make that bloody wound affect. It's going to be awesome! The only thing I'm nervous about is me driving there. I'm not certain on the directions, I'll be using Map Quest and we all know how reliable Map Quest is with it's directions.
So to get into that creepy/ horror mood, I've been listening to the soundtrack of 28 days/weeks later. I must tell you, the soundtrack is just amazing. John Murphy, is an incredible artist! Everyone must check him out if you're into instrumental music with an incredible climax.
Okay, so this is not by John Murphy. But it is in 28 weeks later. The bass is just amazing. This isn't the original version of the song. The original is by godspeed you black emperor, and it is quite long so I recommend you stick with the movie version!
Now, this song is in fact by John Murphy. As you can see it's from the movie The Last House on the Left. I haven't seen the movie but all I know is this song is amazing! the build up is like gahh no words can explain it! Also, check out In the House in a Heartbeat by John Murphy. Great song! Better than all the shit on the radio, I think. Can you imagine the radio playing stuff like this? People would get so pissed. I feel like no one has good taste in music anymore.
